Si usted no se encuentra satisfecho con el evento , puede solicitar La devolución del dinero transcurrido el primer 

( Día 1) día del congreso. Es indispensable que haya asistido el primer día del congreso y se haya registrado su presencia en nuestra base de datos.

Pueden solicitar la devolución en el Stand de servicio al cliente, solo a partir de las 10:00 hs. a 16:00 hs. del 2º día de manera personal y no mediante mail, llamados o medios online, presentando su ticket de compra y documento. Allí mismo se le informará sobre el método de reembolso.
