Why are there few women in ufology?
Sunday 27 September
Time: 9:00 - 10:20
Why are there few female ufologists? This question often appears in ufological circles. And I think it has a basic error. "Few women" are ... How many? 1, 2, 3? What is the variable that defines if they are few or many? When this question appears, it is evident that it is based on the ignorance of the work carried out by ufologists and it is sad to confirm that in the 21st century Ufology continues to be a space for men.
The question should be asked in another way, why are there fewer female ufologists? This would be the correct question. And to answer it, many aspects that will be exposed in the workshop would have to be nuanced.
